In the design of an architectural project for a residential complex, the goal is to create a modern, nature-integrated, and attractive environment for the residents
This project spans an area of 12 hectares and includes three identical towers that are influenced by the topography of the land and the central landscape. This rotation of the towers allows for better utilization of sunlight and natural views.
The design of the complex takes into account the topographical features of the land. This is to create harmony between the structure of the complex and the natural environment.
Green spaces are integrated into all tower facades to create a healthy and pleasant environment for residents. Plants and green areas also help improve the quality of the air.
The towers and landscape are designed in a modern style. This style, with its clean lines and modern materials, adds beauty and functionality to the space.
The use of modern materials such as glass allows for greater utilization of sunlight and enhances the brightness of the space. This improves the living experience for the residents.
Overall, this project combines modern elements, the land's topography, and the use of green spaces and modern materials to create an appealing and pleasant environment for the residents.
