In this project, the exterior facade of a residential building in Isfahan has been designed. In this design, brick material has been extensively used due to the architectural characteristics and Iranian identity of the building. This choice of material, besides establishing a connection with local architecture, has added more beauty and attractiveness to the building.
Moreover, green spaces and plants have been used in various parts of the facade design. These plants not only add beauty and freshness to the facade but also contribute to creating a sustainable and healthy environment for the residents.
Additionally, modern lighting design has been employed, which not only enhances the attractiveness and beauty of the building facade but can also reduce lighting costs.
Windows with appropriate heights have also been placed in the building facade to provide the maximum natural light possible to the interior spaces.
Finally, by choosing the appropriate material, cost savings and reduction have been achieved, enabling the realization of the project within a specific budget, and making it possible to achieve a quality and suitable design.
